mmmmm... yeah... i was wondering how many of ya are archers, i'm a beginner and i think its a great sport, right next to soccer! so um yeah.... bye bye!

I love archery! I do it every summer, it's awesome! The farthest I ever shot I *think* was something around 60 yards, if not longer (was supposed to be 50, but they didn't check the measurement).

oh..i used to shoot forever when i was little-er..*L*
i used a Bear compound bow, but i cant remember the pound weight...i still have the gear upstairs..*L*

sometimes i wear my leather arm gaurd out cuz it looks funky..

i even won some archery contests and stuff..*L* it was the only sport i was ever good at!

At camp, I usually just use a Recurve Bow. I've also used a Straight Bow or a Self Bow. I've used a compound before as well...they're fun too, but I prefer a Recurve bow :D.

I love to do archery at military camp we shoot bow & arrows as well as rifles its awsome. Its right up there with Sci-fi and soccer in my favorite pasttime list!

We I used to do archery! I used a natural long bow (bah, pulley systems are cheating! Cheating I say!).

My friend's family owned an archery range, but it had to close last summer. So I just do it in my backyard when no one's around. (Technically it's illegal to do it anywhere else, but I don't put the inserts in my arrows. I have a mound where I shoot into. Although it did bounce off once and almost hit a janitor. o.O ).

My friend's father is named Robin and her mother Mary. I get a kick out of that. ;)

I love it! Though I have only done it in school twice before. I would really like to try it out again, but our town (and school this year) does not have any archery programs.

My school was trying to put together an archery club, we actually got a whole team together but no other schools had the will or supplies to join with us. (So without a competing team, we couldn't be considered an extraciricular sport *sniffles*).

I used to do archery as a past time at home (oops). My bow was a DartonUSA Cobra (I still have it too)... my father's a big fan on archery and rifles since he was in the national guard so he taught me, and we would spend time shooting... there was also a summer camp I went to that had archery as an acitvity so I couldn't resist. n__n

I tried it once. Shot an arrow into the woods. We never found it. o.o

I'd like to try again though. On my second try I hit the target. ^_^

Archery is a blast! Though I don't do it as a pasttime or anything now, when we did archery in High School I loved it! Most of the other girls in my class weren't as enthused as I was about it. (*Cough*--Preps--*Cough*)......It's been about 2 years since I last tried it.

i loves archery!! im doing it in college and and and the times i actually did do archery i got a bullseye!! im sure it was an accident, but...well it was fun^^
