The Monthly Mud 2008

As some of you may have seen, Razzi and myself have started up "The Monthly Mud" newspaper again, and the first issue is complete!

NOTE: This is best viewed at 1280x800 on Mozilla Firefox. People with different resolutions may have troubles with layout -- to change your resolution, right click on your desktop and go to "Graphic Properties" and then to "Display Settings" where you can change your screen resolution.

http://www.lionking.org/~monthlymud

"The Monthly Mud" will be published on the 15th of each month at this address.
Please take a couple of minutes to read through the first issue, and please feel free to post any comments or feedback you may have!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this, and we hope to get even more submissions next month (and please don't just let everybody else do it; we really need everybody's help, no matter how little you feel you have to offer) -- enjoy.

Send any submissions or questions (they can be any size and about anything you wish!) to monthlymud@yahoo.co.uk ALL submissions are welcome, no matter how short or small. We appreciate and use everything we recieve. There's also a thread here to discuss ideas and ask other questions -- http://lilymud.net/showthread.php?t=49207

This first issue is a day or so late because of some server problems; thanks alot to Demarest for helping with that!

I'm so glad I got to help out with this! I'm glad to see it up and running, and can't wait until next month. I gotta agree with Maq: Galactacian's interview was awesome. Great advice, great eloquency, and great points.

This is pretty cool!! Simple, but effective layout and all! I'll have to get started on a simple comic for one issue eventually.

Ah, Tamu, I didn't even see this was up. e_e
It looks wonderful, Cheese! I've got some things I can talk to you about in a bit, since this is an ever-changing, ever-improving paper, but I'm just so happy it's up. And so happy we have that adress, too. C:

Everyone, we need as many submissions for Febuary as you can give. Be creative! The more articles, the better.

Great work, Cheese. I'll have to figure out how to get my resolution better like you suggest, 'cause everything overlaps. But what I can read rocks.
