I might not be much help... but I think, below the hand, you should atleast show a bit of elbow since the upper arm seems to be moving away from the body... and looks like it's cut short or bending at an unnatural place. Of you want the straight forward hand, then perhaps rotate the shoulder more forward, and you can leave the hand just as it is with nothing around it... I can picture it, but I'm not talented enough to do a redline or anything. >_>

And, actually, I think the legs look great except the left leg (looking at it) looks a bit smaller than the other one. Other than that, fantastic picture! At first I Was going to say one breast looked bigger, but one is being more supported that the other, so it looks just right. :3

I think your anatomy's pretty solid and head-on. There's not much I would fix. Even that left hand that looks like it's a little disconnected... I tried that pose in the mirror, and it looks pretty good. There just needs to be a good sense of foreshortening when shading the picture, otherwise it'll look funny. I thought the left arm needed to be a little wider at the base because of foreshortening also, but maybe I just have a fat arm.

Here's a redline of what I sorta mean. I admit, it's not very good because I don't have much experience in foreshortening myself, but it's there for a reference if you need it.

Thank you for the redline Miaor *clings* And thanks for the advice PSSJ!
I inked the draft, and I *think* i have the extended arm alright, I used a mirror on myself, but it still looks weird and uncomfortable.
