New Policy Regarding Multiple And Role Playing Accounts
Multiple accounts will no longer be accepted, even for role playing purposes. The main intent of multiple role playing accounts was to prevent confusion in the case of reserved characters, and as many of the SRPs have been dissolved or deemed temporarily inactive, there is no reason to register new ones.
All old role playing accounts or multiple accounts will be moved to inactive. It is easier to keep track of old posts this way. In the event that you wish to change your name, simply contact a mod or post in the "Hey Mods" section. This modification only takes a few seconds, and is no bother at all to the staff. In the event that you have registered in the past and wish to join again, simply e-mail a staff member, we will rename your old account as you see fit, and change your password and/or e-mail address associated with it as need be.
If you have multiple accounts, please PM (or e-mail) a staff member (especially myself) with the name of the account you wish to keep, and the names of all other accounts you have registered. Once all the accounts submitted have been reclassified, we will begin to go through and move the remainder of role playing accounts to inactive manually. It is much faster if you submit the names of the accounts, making sure to mention which one you wish to remain active, and it also prevents the staff from choosing the wrong account as the active account.
Thank you for your cooperation. This policy change will increase security, cut back on space-wasting multiple accounts, and make it easier for the staff to moderate efficiently.
